BlueMark Capital’s Cincinnati office secures $6,800,000 in permanent financing for a multifamily property in Vandalia, OH
March 31, 2017 – Dave Ernst, Vice President of production, secured permanent financing of $6.8 million for a 258 unit, class B apartment complex in Vandalia. Dave arranged financing for the borrower through Pinnacle Financial Partners’ Freddie Mac SBL program.
