July 27, 2017 — Timothy Meyer, Vice President of BlueMark Capital, secured permanent financing of $2.75 million for a multifamily property located in Batesville, Indiana. Timothy arranged financing for the borrower through a correspondent relationship with Ohio National Life Insurance Company.
