PUBLIC NOTICE: The BlueMark Capital Team consists of principals and employees of BlueMark Capital, LLC, an Ohio limited liability company (the “Company”) and principals and employees of other organizations that may be affiliated with the Company through a licensing or other arrangement (“Affiliates”). The Company and Affiliates are separate and distinct entities and not partners, joint venturors, or otherwise to be considered one entity. No Affiliates of the Company have any authority to bind the Company to any obligation or liability without the Company’s express, written agreement. The Company has no authority to bind any such Affiliates to any obligation or liability without said Affiliates’ express, written agreement.
