Brent Ginnever is a graduate of the Gatton School of Business and Economics at The University of Kentucky. His primary responsibility at BlueMark Capital is to offer analytical insights on commercial loan transactions ranging from a single tenant $1 million facility to multi-property portfolios approaching $30 million. Brent problem solves and acts as the liaison between mortgage investor and property owner until the transaction enters the loan closing process.

If you are looking for hustle and determination, at the age of 19, Brent put a 30 pound pack on his back and hiked the northern 700 miles of the Appalachian Trail culminating his journey atop Mt Katahdin in north central Maine…and he did it alone.

He now hustles for BlueMark Capital.
