Kelly Pelfrey has been with BlueMark Capital since its inception in 2006. Her commercial mortgage banking career began as an assistant with Fifth Third Real Estate Capital Markets, and has continued as the Loan Closing Manager with BlueMark Capital.

Kelly facilitates loan closings in accordance to lender’s requirements and the borrower’s needs. She works with lenders, attorneys, third party service providers and the borrowers in order to make the closing process run efficiently. Kelly is also responsible for post-closing duties including gathering loan documents and completing the closed loan file for our servicing department.
