Seth Pirie manages the asset management aspects of the BlueMark Capital servicing portfolio, inclusive of annual financial surveillance and on-site inspections of each property, and management of all post-closing interactions between our borrowers and lenders. Seth brings a skillset that is strong in organizational techniques and communication capabilities to BlueMark Capital, fostering an environment which provides for personalized, boutique loan servicing.

Seth’s background in commercial real estate began at the University of Cincinnati and matured with two project management stints for regional real estate developers headquartered in Cincinnati, OH. He joined BlueMark Capital late in 2011 and was promoted to senior portfolio manager in 2013. Since then, Seth co-developed a paid internship position at BlueMark Capital for University of Cincinnati students and remains a long-standing UC Real Estate Roundtable member and supporter. Seth fundraises annually for the American Lung Association as an annual participant in the Fight for Air Climb at Carew Tower, and donates regularly to Hoxworth Blood Center. Seth is married and enjoys activities the involve family and friends, home improvement, local parks and nature, support of local craft brewing – or combinations thereof.
